My advert For Nike Shoes
In making this advert i learnt the how adverts work and what people in the media have to go through to make the advert go public. I also learnt how to film an advert, what i mean by this is the shot types that i used and that you have to follow the codes and conventions of the advert so that it looks good for the product.
Illustrator and Photoshop Images
I added the blur effect to make he image look more like a person. this also shows my skills in how i know what effects to use in illustrator and Photoshop. The exercise was to create a posterized effect for the original image.
At the very start of my college year we had to learn how to use photoshop to a certain extent. In the picture above the, there was a woman diving into the pool. I had to use the copy tool to replace her with the background. As you can see its not perfect however i had never used photoshop before so i feel it was a good attempt.
Motion Graphics
These are my motion graphic videos. One of them we did using a tutorial so that we got an understanding of how to use after effects. That was the top one. The bottom one a made on my own using both adobe premier and adobe after effects. It is a E4 sting. I had to do my research for my idea and to make sure that nobody had already created it. The sting is about a guy who Flashes a woman at a bus stop. However the sound for the clip dosent work due to something wrong with you tube uploads.
Music Video
This is my music video. The idea for the video was that it was suppose to look like a prison break. We filmed in dark dull spots to create a prison cell feel to the piece. The video in the end came out extremely well. I created the video on adobe premier. This then helped me in the future when i had to make a advert in another unit. The Video is in black and white as i inspired it from the music video R U Mine by the Arctic Monkeys. The genre of the video is indie and i felt like a brought this across very well.
